Enterprise POS and digital menu platform designed for retail and restaurant businesses. The system integrates point-of-sale operations, online menus, and hardware peripherals including barcode scanners, thermal printers, smart scales, and fingerprint sensors. I contributed to the architectural redesign of the mobile ecosystem, scaling the platform to support 2,300+ merchants and 6,500+ devices while improving system stability to 99.9% crash-free sessions.
